Jesus insists both him and Sergio Aguero will remain with Manchester City
Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has said that he has no plans of parting ways with the Citizens this summer and the same should be the case with Sergio Aguero. The Brazilian has been playing second fiddle to Aguero in the past few seasons and he managed just 12 starts in the Premier League and Champions League combined last term.

Manchester City won the Premier League for the second straight campaign last term but they had to do the hard way with just one point separating them from second-placed Liverpool. Meanwhile, the club also sealed an unprecedented domestic treble by winning the League Cup and FA Cup alongside the league title and they will be hoping to make further progress with the push for the Champions League crown.
The Citizens were widely regarded as the favourites for the Champions League title last season but they were ousted at the quarter-final stage for the second season running after Tottenham Hotspur beat them on the away-goal rule. Nonetheless, the campaign can be termed a huge success with the domestic treble achieved and it remains to be seen whether Guardiola will strengthen the team further in the push for European glory.
The Mancunian giants parted ways with Vincent Kompany after the expiry of his contract and the focus could lie on pursuing another top-class central defender this summer. Leicester City’s Harry Maguire has been touted as one of the leading targets for the club, considering he has good experience of Premier League football.
